LAB7: Reading Group "When All You Love is Being Trashed"
Sep. 24th, 5pm 2021
"When All You Love is Being Trashed"
With this reading group, we will dedicate our time to the close readings of texts focusing on new materialism. Together, we will try to connect, make sense, and re-learn. As well as participants, guests will bring practice and their way of making sense to our space. How these topics, keywords, discussions, reflections (that we are going to receive from readings) may help us to shift, transform, make with and think with? How can we be able to give afterwards?
You are welcome to stop by and drift with us if you are looking for ways to become “many".
A tentative reading list includes texts by Deborah Bird Rose, Isabelle Stengers, Rosi Braidotti, Ursula K. Le Guin, Karen Barad, Donna Haraway and/or Timothy Morton. The participants are nevertheless invited to make their own proposals.
Organized by Ekin Özdemir
From 24.09.2021

Please register by email before you come to meeting or meetings. After registration, you will receive the readings as PDF every week.
