Vasilis Markosian was born in Athens, Greece in 1980. He is a self-taught painter without prior studies in art. The themes of his artwork include the urban scene, the loneliness experienced by the modern man through a caustic point of view and a well-finished sense of humor. He reminds us of the vanity of the modern ideals and their impact on the individual.
