Between pastel tones, squares, and waves. "Carré Bleu" portraits the surrounding inside and outside the water by searching for minimalistic lines and colors. Drawing attention and awareness to multicultural influences, that reach from east to west. Shot analog from Marocco to California, Ishac portraits cultural differences and similarities always to encounter what inspires human beings to surf a wave. Intimate moments as well as minimalistic stills reflecting the diverse and differentiated perception of faces and places. Working closely together and sharing a bond for travel and culture - there’s a complementing Zine release with Californian artist and writer Colleen Conroy.
