Mark Siumin - Struggling Through Life Without Habits

Mark Siumin (Tel-Aviv, 1992) lives and works in Zurich. His work focuses on the debris of existing, on certain visual hierarchies created subconsciously through generations of consuming. In his first photographic show Struggling Through Life Without Habits, the photographer presents thirteen framed prints. The photos come to represent the accumulation and dissipation of our collective things, the stuff we just had to get and no longer need, the ways we protect it and the ways it burdens us.
