The Future of Memory, Screening of Fragments of...
is a transnational platform for Holocaust remembrance through art and media in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Initiated and cuated by Olga Stefan, the exhibitions, discussions, film Screenings and Events that were organized took place in 5 cities so geographically selected to represent the varying modes in wich racial persecutions altered the destinies of the Jews and Roma that they were targeting, and Highlight the newly discovered interrupted and previously forgotten biographies of the victims and survivors of These violent historical ebents. The Project grew out of personal Research into Family Memory and the marks it leaves on personal identity.
