Publisher Note
Impostor Syndrome is a wearable multiple by A-FL, released by LL’Editions in an edition of 10 (including 2 HC variants). While medals commonly serve as testaments to personal accomplishments, these medals feature a conspicuous void where the wearer’s achievements would normally be showcased, leaving only an outer ring defining the medals’ shape. The medals are crafted from cast brass, a metal often referred to as the ‘poor man’s gold’, and each one features a unique ribbon sourced from vintage medals.
Each medal is housed in a silk-lined navy blue display case, with the title laser-engraved onto the lid. The box also contains a small, handbound booklet, which is numbered using a drawing machine (the ultimate impostor) and bound with a single 14K gold-plated staple.
