Notes Raúl Silva (Lima, 1991) is an artist and researcher. He holds an MA in Critical Theory in Art Praxis from the Dutch Art Institute at ArTEZ University (Arnhem, NL), and an MA in Contemporary Art History and Visual Culture from Complutence University (Madrid, ES). He is member of the Editorial Collective “Big Dumb Object”, with which he received the 2023 Curatorial Research Residency from Centro Huarte (Navarra, ES) and the 2024 Publication Grant from the Government of Navarra and Centro Huarte (Navarra, ES). They recently published “Una piedra cae en el aliviadero” (Madrid, 2025).

Among his recent most important exhibitions are Technic Naturalization. “Natural Technification” in F2 Gallery (Madrid, ES), “Weak Universalism” at the project room in Crisis Gallery (Lima, PE), “Data Materialities” at the International Institute of Architecture (Lugano, CH) and the Palazzo D’Acurssio (Bolonia, IT), “Fragmenting Obsolescence”. “Matter in Conflict” at BIENALSUR 2025 (La Paz, BO), “Common Map” at Bombon Projects/Crisis Gallery (Madrid, ES).
