Publisher Note
Light and dark obscure in equal measure and dominate the images in Could Be. Hints of a prescribed world order slip through intermittently as if witnessed through the blink of an eye. The darkroom abstraction technique reigns supreme throughout this visual poem. Liquid drips roll over paper like a melting thought. A foggy haze wipes out a recognizable world completely. Viewers are encouraged to give themselves up to this momentary lapse in visibility, and, to ultimately challenge themselves to see clearly with fresh eyes. s
