Publisher Note
A book by Greek/Italian artist Angelo Plessas. Fantasy Plot Generator is an ongoing project comprised by a website, a series of performances and this publication. It started in 2011 as a commission for the “Word of Mouth” exhibition, curated by Kernel for the 3rd Athens Biennale “Monodrome”. The website is the base of the project where visitors invent character names and generate automatically a story with the function of a programming code. This code ‘borrows’ extracted texts from different philosophical dialogues speaking about extreme concepts and social conditions, ‘remixing’ them in a random way and forming different plots.
