As a contribution to the reflection on the climate change and the fate of glaciers, Bard Fort, Valle d’Aosta launched The Adieu des Glaciers project, starting 2020 until 2023.
This is the third stage of the L'Adieu des glaciers photographic and scientific research project, produced by the Forte di Bard. This publication offers an iconographic and scientific journey among the glacier of the Gran Paradiso, between the valleys of Cogne, Valsavarenche, Valle di Rhêmes, Valgrisenche, Valle Soana and Valle Orco .
This focus entirely dedicated to Gran Paradiso also celebrates one hundred years since establishment of the National Park.
