Jedes Jahr konzipieren die Villa Romana-PreisträgerInnen im Anschluss an ihren zehnmonatigen Aufenthalt in Florenz die Abschlusspublikation als ein gemeinsames Künstlerbuch. Die aktuelle Ausgabe mit 160 Seiten enthält vier monografische Kapitel mit zahlreichen Werkabbildungen von Christophe Ndabananiye, Jeewi Lee, Lerato Shadi, Viron Erol Vert sowie ein fünftes, in dem die KünstlerInnen die gemeinsame Praxis in der und um die Villa Romana dokumentieren.
Each year, following their ten-month stay in Florence, the Villa Romana fellows conceive the final publication as a joint artist's book. The current 160-page edition contains four monographic chapters with numerous illustrations of works by Christophe Ndabananiye, Jeewi Lee, Lerato Shadi, Viron Erol Vert and a fifth, in which the artists document their common practice in and around the Villa Romana.
