Eco Echoes

BaseCamp Library is a book space at BaseCamp Festival, an initiative by Locarno Film Festival, inviting the public to discover art and ideas through books, with an overall focus on the broader world of cinema. Beginning in 2024 with a section on sound, the library’s 2025 thematic strand “Eco Echoes” examines both visible and hidden ecologies and echoes within them. As a living archive that expands to different locations throughout the year, BaseCamp Library operates as an organic platform fostering community and exchange through books.
