Actions and repetitions in the here and now are expression and impression at the same time - a physical experience of writing, reading, seeing and of remembering. The drawing is not subject to any plan, only to the impulse. The process depicted dissolves the linearity of present and past. Thus there is no stable image, no reliability - instead there is a state of constant change. “Chronos & Kairos” is a reflection on presence and existence and our subjective understanding of time and the other.

„Chronos & Kairos“ ist Skulptur, Speicher und Gewicht – ein Körper, der von seinen einzelnen Blättern zusammengehalten wird. Das Buch besteht aus 512 Seiten mit Spuren aus Graphit. Handlungen und Wiederholungen im Hier und Jetzt sind Ausdruck und Eindruck zugleich – eine physische Erfahrung vom Schreiben, Lesen, Sehen und vom Erinnern. Die Zeichnung unterliegt dabei keinem Plan, nur dem Impuls. Durch den abgebildeten Prozess löst sich die Linearität von Gegenwart und Vergangenheit auf. So liegt kein stabiles Bild, keine Verlässlichkeit vor, stattdessen herrscht ein Zustand der stetigen Veränderung. „Chronos & Kairos“ ist eine Reflexion über Gegenwärtigkeit und Dasein und unser subjektives Verständnis von Zeit und vom Anderen.
