ERSATZTEILLAGER (spare and ware depot) is Florina’s first book with Edition Taube. It is an atlas of shapes and contains the visual vocabulary on which most of her paintings and installations are based on.

ERSATZTEILLAGER is an abstract contemplation about shapes and aesthetics. Florina draws inspiration from mechanical spare parts of every day objects: Disconnected from the context and function they once where designed for, she uses them as a starting point for visual exploration.

Working in 16 series, each initial form runs through an evolution and gets replaced by the proximate, which can be considered as a reform, a spare or a new version of the preceding one.

The book itself is also published in four versions, each with a different cover and page order and a print run of 4 × 100.

ERSATZTEILLAGER ist das erste Buch von Florina bei Edition Taube. Es ist ein Atlas der Formen und enthält das visuelle Vokabular, auf dem die meisten ihrer Gemälde und Installationen beruhen. 

ERSATZTEILLAGER ist eine abstrakte Kontemplation über Formen und Ästhetik. Florina lässt sich von mechanischen Ersatzteilen von Alltagsgegenständen inspirieren: Losgelöst vom Kontext und der Funktion, für die sie einst entworfen wurden, nutzt sie sie als Ausgangspunkt für visuelle Erkundungen.

In 16 Serien durchläuft jede ursprüngliche Form eine Entwicklung und wird durch die nächste ersetzt, die als Reform, Ersatzteil oder neue Version der vorhergehenden betrachtet werden kann.

Das Buch selbst wird ebenfalls in vier Versionen veröffentlicht, jede mit einem anderen Einband und einer anderen Seitenanordnung und einer Auflage von 4 × 100 Exemplaren.
