Catalogue of the exhibition "Immaginarti Isola. Photographs by Chiara Arturo", held in Lugano, at the Bottega di Gandria. The exhibition, open to the public until 30 October 2020, is curated by Chiara Finadri, and realized in collaboration with Heillandi, Bottega di Gandria, VivaGandria and Città Di Lugano. The exhibition brings together three series that are the result of distinct researches, in which the author evokes a complex landscape, the result of numerous stratifications. The image that emerges is distinguished by the poetic transposition of places of enchantment, as well as "by the translation into the dreamlike and evocative dimension of the symbol or mood" adhering to "forms of complexity and transformation" (Tedeschi, 2011).
