Io sono contemporaneamente (I am at the same time) shows the results of the artist residency of the photographer Marina Caneve, an event created as part of the project _CONFINE_ A photographic reconnaissance along the Rubicone supported by PAC2022-2023 - Plan for Contemporary Art, promoted by the Directorate General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture.

The project takes origin from the historical, evocative memory of the territory of Savignano sul Rubicone - in 49 BC Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicone river in arms, a sacred border beyond which a magistrate could not lead his troops, and thus opposed the Roman Republic decreeing its end - to connect to the concrete presence of the river, to focus on the exploration of the idea of ​​border. Obstacle and element of separation with respect to the "unknown", frontier, but also permeable membrane that allows exchanges, space for contamination, evolution, mutation.
