Publisher Note

The trained photographer studied at the Werkkunstschule Wuppertal and at the Bavarian State College for Photography in Munich. Neusüss has been working as a lecturer since 1966. For thirty years he was professor of photography at the Kunsthochschule Kassel, where he founded the Fotoforum Kassel in 1972. In addition to his teaching activity, free artistic creation. Neusüss invented the so-called nudogram, a photographic silhouette of the human, primarily female, figure.
