Publisher Note
Espace Blanc is an homage by omission to Georges Perec. In this typewriter work psw fills the white space around Perec's introductory poem to Species of Spaces in eight different languages. We’re left to explore the spatial properties of the poem and its translations - how the average line length changes between languages, how some languages place a majority of the properties in front of the noun and other languages after, how the erratic march of negative space across the page holds its own abstract beauty.
