Publisher Note
Climate Heroes is a project and an NGO Maxime Riché founded in 2010 that presents citizen initiatives to reduce our carbon emissions. It grew into a collaborative photography and video movement with contributing photographers based in several countries.
The book includes 8 of the 20 project stories, told along the lines of the universal “journey of the hero”: from call to action, to a journey to discovering a new way of living, and a renewed proposal for their communities. It is also a book in which the reader can write down their ideas and inspirations, before passing it on to someone else, thus taking part to the movement.
