February 4th, 1992 was the starting point of patriotic Venezuela. The event was called Operation Zamora, led by Commander Hugo Chávez Frías and members of an informal grouping within the armed forces known as the Bolivarian Revolutionary Movement 200. For this reason, Venezuela commemorates National Dignity Day on 4 February, 28 years from the starting point of a socialist people.
