Wild Water, Wild Light is Mike's third book. Having published two books of Irish nature images he now turns his attention to the coastal landscape of his home - Wets Cork.
In this visual essay of images, taking the viewer from the Old Head of Kinsale to the Beara peninsula in far West Cork, Mike shows the beauty and ruggedness of this wonderful part of Ireland. Iconic landmarks and wild unseen areas of this coastline, mix with some abstract and documentary style images. A "mini-essay" showing some of the wonderful wildlife we have along this coast is included in the book.
