Arqueología del presente is a graphic research that collects textures extracted from different points of the city of Buenos Aires using the technique of frottage, used in the past in archaeology to obtain an impression of the surface texture of a material in remote areas to disseminate the resulting images. The city itself becomes a matrix, capturing in situ and to scale the actual material where history and the transformation of that particular place are manifested. This topographic scanning configures a mapping of the city, establishing a sensitive relationship with the environment through contact with each surface. -Publisher
