A book and an artwork in itself, in Blonde Vascellari appropriates the iconography imposed by the fashion industry and media and exposes it as a collective imaginary, disturbing in its continuous repetition. Two hundred images mainly from fashion magazines of different years embody both the feeling and fetish of a prelinguistic obsession that has by now pervaded pop culture everywhere.
