60 original prints taken from the reportage made by the well-known Swiss photographer Gotthard Schuh, in 1963, when Schuh (1897-1969) made the last of his reportages .
In the focus of his Leica, a demythologized Venice, but at the same time charged with the profound charm of its history. A reportage that in some ways refers us to the Nordic tradition of the '' Journey to Italy '' and that overturns the canons of exoticism. Schuh finds a subtle harmony between a mature interior vision, which has gone through the great changes of the twentieth century, and a hidden city that he feels deeply and reveals to us, beyond stereotypes.
